Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Description:

Experience: 5 to 6 years, 

- Must have proven real time embedded software experience.

- Must have experience with Clear Case/Clear Quest tools.

- Basic UNIX knowledge is a plus.

- Follow the defined steps to perform configuration management tasks like merging of branches and building software using Clear Case/Clear Quest on site at Auburn Hills.

- Define and implement factory release process & industrialization of software and provide support and resolve any issues on site at Auburn Hills.

- Define and implement software changes required for the HC08 secondary micro-controller change from MC68HC908EY16 to MC68HC908EY16A and provide support and resolve any issues on site at Auburn Hills.

- Must have proven real time embedded software experience.

Job Profile:- 

senior level Systems Analyst with a background in the telecommunications industry, specifically having strong knowledge in VoIP services.
Qualifications:



5+ years experience in a Systems Analyst role. This must include experience utilizing a formal requirements tracking tool such as Caliber, UML diagramming, developing Use Cases, etc. 

Background and/or understanding of VoIP Services. 

Strong understanding of development methodologies. SDLC, RUP, waterfall, agile, etc. 

Strong understanding of the Telecommunications industry and service offerings. 

Proven ability to build strong relationships with business and team members. 

Ability to think outside of the box to develop solutions to business needs. 

Strong initiative. Not afraid to seek out answers and identify key players in developing a solution. 

Experience managing multiple project requirements simultaneously. 

Ability to multitask and prioritize work. 

Familiarity with many IT concepts including Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), ECOM, portals, gateways, databases, etc. 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Ability to work with a globally distributed team.
